Bella location anche se datata , camera piccola con lavandino in stanza bagno senza bidè ;( bellissimo il terrazzino vista piscina . Colazione anonima con poche specialità isolane peccato , personale straniero , in Italia sentire la tua lingua fa piacere . Piscina ottima , il silenzio le stelle il mare e lo Stromboli .. fanno il resto e l magia

Enjoyed my stay at La Sciara. The pool was amazing with a view of the volcano and the ability to have drinks by it. My room did smell like it had had a leak which wasn't great but it was spacious and clean otherwise. Staff were great and friendly. Breakfast catered for gluten free but it was mostly very sweet options which seems normal in Italy but I am not used to.

We missed the last ferry to the island, so emailed them at night to let them know. We arrived the next morning at 10:00 but the hotel is sooooo far away, no exaggeration but probably the last hotel on the island, so location no ideal. The front desk tells us they gave our room away but not to worry they will give us a refund for the first night (spoiler alert, it was a lie). We didn't get a room until 15:30 because they were still cleaning. No problem, we didn't show up on time and they made money from another guest, so no harm but nope, they are greedy and want everyone's money. The pool is filthy and never cleaned, so you only sit by the chairs. They either run out of stuff or charge extra for anything that they do have. I get it's an island but no need to rob on the island. The room was supposed to be facing ocean but no real views, so if you don't listen to my warning to pick a different hotel, don't pay extra for a view because it just doesn't exist. I would never stay here and would recommend everyone to stay away. There are better options on the island. If you don't believe me, you will once you get there.

Struttura bella ed accogliente. Le ragazze della reception sono molto carine e disponibili. Vicinissimo alle calette di Balordi, grotta di Eolo e alle spiagge principali.

Hotel in ottima posizione, dotato di una gran bella piscina, semplici e pulite le camere, sufficiente la colazione, personale gentile e disponibile. Buona struttura dove passare volentieri più di qualche giorno.
